Q. I have braces – can I use the sonic toothbrush?

A. Yes absolutely. The sonic wave technology is ideal for cleaning in and around braces and is significantly more effective than manual brushing.

Q. I have sensitive gums – can I use the sonic toothbrush?
A. Yes, the 360° AZUMA™ ELECTRIC TOOTHBRUSH can be used with sensitive gums. We suggest you start on ‘Sensitive’ mode and work up to a higher frequency mode as the gums become customised to the feel of the sonic technology.

Q. What does sonic technology mean?

A. Sonic toothbrushes generally vibrate at 24,000-40,000 strokes per minute. In comparison, regular electric toothbrushes move the brush head only at 2500-8000 strokes per minute. Sonic technology provides a very thorough clean, because it cleans the surface of your teeth when it touches it but also hard-to-reach areas of your mouth. Sonic pulses create a powerful wave-like motion, causing fluids in your mouth to move into the areas between your teeth and the gum line, accelerating plaque removal.

Q. Does it hurt?

A. NO! Our device provides different modes, so you can customise it for better experience

Q. The brush pauses after 30 seconds – is this normal?

A. Yes. It takes only 30 seconds to complete a 360 degree full brush movement. Press the mode button again if you want to continue cleaning.

Q.  When I need to charge the brush unit?

A. The LED indicator on the front of the unit will flash red. Leave on charge for 90 minutes and the indicator light will change to solid white when fully charged.

Q. How long should a full charge last?

A. One charge ,sustainable for more than one week , if you’re using it for two minutes, twice a day.

Q. How do I clean the unit?

A. Thoroughly rinse the brush head and bristles after each use. Once a week, remove the brush head to clean the handle and head under running water. Dry the unit with a clean cloth. Do not immerse the unit in water. If you use the charging base to hold your brush, ensure it is cleaned regularly.
