Q: How easy is it to use?
A: Our Hydrofacial is so easy to use, just follow the steps below!
I. Start off with clean dry skin, be sure to remove all makeup.
2. Steam your face for 10 minutes, then dry. (A warm towel covering your face will work too.)
3. Fill the device with warm water. (The side with tube inside.)
4. Select which tip your will be using and attach it to the device. (The small clear tip is for the nose)
5. Hold the button for 3 seconds to turn the device on/off.
6. While the device is on, press the button once to change setting. We recommend starting on the lowest setting and working your way up.
7. Pull your skin tight to help the device glide smoothly.
8. Move the device in an upward motion across the skin.
9. Repeat until all of your skin has been cleansed.
10. Once you finish, apply your favourite moisturiser.
11. Sit back and relax and enjoy your smoother, healthier glow! 😊
Q: How does Hydrodermabrasion work? 
A: Hydrodermabrasion combines a 2 stage process into one quick and easy treatment for clearer and healthier skin!
Stage one : the Detox and Exfoliation process. The water polishes and deeply cleanses your skin, whilst the strong but gentle vacuum unclogs your pores and removes toxins from your skin!
Stage two : the Revitalise and Brighten process. The vacuum suction increases blood flow, triggering natural collagen production while stimulating new cell growth. Q: How often should I use my handset?
A: We recommend only one treatment a week. The treatment only takes a few extra minutes on top of your weekly skin routine.
Q: What happens to the dirty water? 
A: This is the most common question we receive, the dirty water is separated from the clean and filtered side, If for some reason there was a leak, the water would be filtered before reaching the skin. This is why there are spare filters included.
Q: Can I use this product on my skin? 
A: Our product is suitable for all skin types and tones! However, we do NOT recommend using on inflamed or irritated skin. Always ask your dermatologist or physician if you have any doubts.
Q: What about sensitive skin? 
A: Many of our customers with sensitive skin achieve excellent results! The key is to start off with the lowest setting until you are familiar with the device. Always be sure to moisturise after each treatment to keep your skin hydrated!
Q: What type of liquid should I use with this product?
A: We recommend using warm (not hot) demineralized water, micellar water, or just regular tap water.
